Product Turnaround

As a company we want to get you your products as soon as possible. We aim to have all products prepared and shipped within 10 days of the order being placed. Note: This may be affected if product inventory is low.

Eco- Friendly Packaging

We strive to use only eco-friendly products and work hard to source the best. Our packaging is 100% recyclable & our mailers are a 100% biodegradable! If you have any questions regarding packaging we use, please email us. We would be happy to answer your questions.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped in a timely manner from the date of purchase. They are handled with care and delivered using Canada Post. We ship anywhere in Canada or the US. Shipping fees will vary based on location.

Return Policy

We strive to make an exceptional product with the utmost care and detail, but if you do have to return, we understand.

All returns will be processed provided the following criteria is met;

The item is returned to us in the original packaging and is in unused condition. When returning an item, it is advisable to use tracking for the package.
Please let us know as soon as you are aware that you would like to return a purchase. We will gladly process refunds within 30 days from the purchase date.

Refunds will be promptly processed once the item has been received and accounted for. Refunds will be returned to original form of payment in the amount of the item(s) purchased less the cost of shipping.

Pacifiers are not returnable for sanitary reasons.

All SALE products are final sale!

Note: In the event that a package is lost, we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail. This would be the responsibility of the postal service. Please wait 12 weeks for items to be declared “lost”. Always choose tracked shipping to ensure a delivered item.

If you need to cancel your order before the status has changed to ship, please note that there is an 8% cancellation fee to cover the cost of fees incurred from cancelling the order.
